Cut-Piece Packing
All orders are boxed. Each box contains a specific number of pieces. The number of pieces in a box depends on the piece length and diameter. (See the table below for the standard box quantities)
All boxes are clearly labeled with the component size, customer part
number, customer purchase order number, and piece quantity. This makes
inventory accounting very easy. Each box also has bar codes for all of
the above information to assist the receiving, routing and inventory
processes.
Large orders are neatly palletized and shrink-wrapped.
